During the operation located on the extended Rue Capital in the South Department, law enforcement officers apprehended an individual identified as Johnnise LOUIS.

Upon searching the suspect, BLTS agents discovered three (3) packages of white powder. Following immediate field testing and verification by forensic authorities, the substance yielded a positive result for cocaine.
